Do you really mix my first song or project free??
Yes. We offer a no commitment mix so you can try out our services. We will mix the entire song for free and send you a sample for you to hear. If you like what you hear, you can purchase the entire mix and master service.
Do you need my Credit Card info for my free mix?

The only information we need is the information you provide in the upload form.
What if I don’t like my mix?
If you don’t like the sample we send you, there is no commitment to purchase anything.
What type of files do you accept?
We accept .wav files.
Do you accept project files?
We do not accept project files. Project files can be ProTools Project files, Garage Band files, Logic Projects, or any other software project files. Too many errors can occur if a project file is exported incorrectly so we only accept your stems, .wav files.
What software do you use to mix and master?
Our audio engineers use industry leading software found in all professional recording studio settings.
What kind of turnaround time is there for my project?
Small projects, 1-6 tracks, will be sent within 3-5 business days.Medium projects, 6-10 tracks will be sent within 5-7 business days.Large projects, 15 or more tracks will be sent within 7-14 business days.Project completion time can vary based on project specifics and revision cycle.
What happens when I send my files to you?
Once we receive your files, our project manager will review them for quality standards. Your audio tracks will then be assigned to the best engineer for your genre, sub-genre. Before your files are sent to you, we will review for quality.
What do you mean by a reference track?
When submitting your project, it’s nice to have a sound reference for style. Just make sure we can find the artist on YouTube, Spotify or Apple Music.
What do I submit for mastering?
For Mastering, please submit your final mixed stereo .wav file. Not sure if it’s a stero wav? Ask your mixing engineer.
Can you Master an .mp3 file?
Yes, we can master an mp3 file, but we recommend using a .wav file. Why? The resolution is better and the final result will be of higher quality.

What does mastering do?
The purpose of mastering is to balance elements of a stereo mix and ensure playback across media formats is consistent. An example is ensuring your track is optimal in your car, on your phone and on speakers. Mastering is the final phase of audio post-production.
Can mp3 be converted to wav?
It is possible to convert a mp3 to a wav file but the quality and information cannot be restored. Best practice is converting a wav to an mp3.
