We simplify the process in which you release your music or audio project.
Follow these simple steps when filling out the form below.
Steps to follow:
Please read the paragraph below before submitting your music.
For mixing and mastering, please submit your stems. If we receive an mp3 we are unable to mix your music as we will only be able to master the mp3 file. A mastered file does not contain all of the individual tracks from your session for us to mix. If you send an mp3, you will receive a mastered file, not a mixed file.

How do I export my files?
No need to worry, we have a blog post with 5 steps on exporting your files.
Do you really mix my first song or project free??
Yes. We offer a no commitment mix so you can try out our services.
We will mix the entire song for free and send you a sample for you to hear. If you like what you hear, you can purchase the entire mix and master service.
Do you need my Credit Card info for my free mix?
The only information we need is the information you provide in the upload form.
What if I don't like my mix?
If you don't like the sample we send you, there is no commitment to purchase anything.
What type of files do you accept?
We accept .wav files.
Do you accept project files?
We do not accept project files. Project files can be ProTools Project files, Garage Band files, Logic Projects, or any other software project files. Too many errors can occur if a project file is exported incorrectly so we only accept your stems, .wav files.

Our audio engineers use industry leading software found in all professional recording studio settings.
What kind of turnaround time is there for my project?
Small projects, 1-6 tracks, will be sent within 3-5 business days.
Medium projects, 6-10 tracks will be sent within 5-7 business days.
Large projects, 15 or more tracks will be sent within 7-14 business days.
Project completion time can vary based on project specifics and revision cycle.
What happens when I send my files to you?
Once we receive your files, our project manager will review them for quality standards. Your audio tracks will then be assigned to the best engineer for your genre, sub-genre. Before your files are sent to you, we will review for quality.

When submitting your project, it's nice to have a sound reference for style. Just make sure we can find the artist on YouTube, Spotify or Apple Music.

For Mastering, please submit your final mixed stereo .wav file. Not sure if it's a stero wav? Ask your mixing engineer.
Can you Master an .mp3 file?
Yes, we can master an mp3 file, but we recommend using a .wav file. Why? The resolution is better and the final result will be of higher quality.
Can you master an .wav file?
Yes, we prefer to receive .wav files to master. The resolution is higher and final result will reflect the quality.
What does mastering do?
The purpose of mastering is to balance elements of a stereo mix and ensure playback across media formats is consistent. An example is ensuring your track is optimal in your car, on your phone and on speakers. Mastering is the final phase of audio post-production.
Can mp3 be converted to wav?
It is possible to convert a mp3 to a wav file but the quality and information cannot be restored. Best practice is converting a wav to an mp3.
